CALITATEA COMUNIC RII N EDUCA IA SUPERIOAR N CONTEXTUL INTEGR RII EUROPENE

The present paper propose to state a couple of orientativesuggestions within the domain of the further education having as a source thediscussions within the frame of the Conference in Berlin from September2003 that stipulates the quality of the educational process regarding theassurance of the European Further Education.The transmission of the informational flow within the furthereducational system may became a natural process of regionalising and ofglobalisation projected into the normative regulations elaborated and of thestipulation of some well-defined standards.As Pierre Guirond stated in his paper "Language et théorie de lacommunications", the communications is "the transfer of the information bymeans of messages", as well as the present paper analysed the barriers thatmust be surpassed within the process of communication between theprofessor and the student in the frame of the Romanian further educationsuggesting modalities of surpassing them.
