SILENCIAMENTO DO DESEJO ESTéTICO NAS ESCOLAS TOCANTINENSES: O CASO DA LITERATURAKeywords: Elementary School , Literacy Literary , Aesthetic enjoyment Abstract: This paper analyses some aspects of the literacy practices of schools Tocantins, with the purpose to verify if these practices are in accordance with the demands of literary literacy, here understood as the acquisition of skills and abilities for the enjoyement of the text. In the analysis found that schools do not bother to develop a reading committed to the pleasure of reading, focusing on a didactic and analytical study of the literary phenomenon that prevents the reader a pleasant relationship with the text.
