In this article the author discusses the meaning of science fiction, which are its features and how the written by the sciences fiction authors has had repercussions in the development of the technoscience. For this the fictional tale that shows how would be the world governed written by the philosopher Miguel de Unamuno in 1913 is putted into perspective.
