Development and performance of new-Antenna Diversity Techniques for OFDM Systems

This paper proposes a new technique using in diversity reception for OFDM systems and presents the comparative performance, Their performance is studied over time-dispersive Rayleigh fading channels, of the proposed technique with the existing techniques especially Delay Diversity (DD), Cyclic Delay Diversity (CDD) and Maximum Ratio Combining (MRC), this technique add redundancy and diversity in time and frequency direction. We can be implemented to already existing OFDM systems without changing the standard. The introduced diversity technique is applied exemplarily to the DVB-T system.
