A tan sólo 10 minutos de París, a tan sólo 10 minutos de Rio de Janeiro

Two thoughts on the idea of periphery against neoliberal globalization, based on two films: All That Glitters (Tout ce qui brille, France, Géraldine Nakache, Hervé Mimran, 2009) and Wasteland (Brazil, USA, Lucy Walker, 2010). Both are dumped on the subject of the periphery. The first is a reflection on the European one and the second on the Brazilian. The two films reflect the paradigm of contemporary cities.
