Efficiencies of Periodical Table Material Developing with Simple ToolsKeywords: Science Teaching , Periodical table , developing teaching material , Simple tools Abstract: The purpose of this study is to develop teaching material with inexpensive tools when teaching periodical table and its properties and to evaluate it in regard to its efficiencies. In this study quasi-experimental design was used (Robson, 1998; Campbell & Stanley, 1963). Experimental and control group was selected in regard to method. Pre test was implemented prior to intervention to compare the students’ levels in both groups. While the experimental group was exposed to the treatment, the control group instructed with traditional method. After the intervention, the posttest was administered to the both groups.
