对接焊缝连接高温后力学性能试验研究

Abstract:

对39个对接焊缝连接接头试件进行了高温冷却后的拉伸试验,研究了高温过火对其强度和变形性能的影响规律。试验的主要参数为过火温度和冷却方式,其中过火温度介于200℃~800℃,冷却方式包括自然冷却和泼水冷却。试验结果表明,常温下发生母材塑性破坏的对接焊缝试件,在过火温度较高时全部发生焊缝断裂,试样无明显颈缩,破坏突然;过火温度超过400℃后,冷却方式对对接焊缝连接试件的高温后力学性能有较大影响,自然冷却情况下试件从500℃开始发生焊缝断裂,试件极限强度和极限变形最大降低幅度分别为20%和50%,泼水冷却情况下试件从600℃开始发生焊缝断裂,试件极限强度和极限变形最大降低幅度分别为10%和35%。
