环境友好离子液体双水相研究进展

Abstract:

离子液体双水相体系以其优越的性能在萃取、分离等领域得到了广泛的应用.然而,对于传统的咪唑/吡啶离子液体-无机盐双水相体系,离子液体的毒性和高浓度无机盐废水的产生在一定程度上弱化了它们的工业应用.发展环境友好的离子液体双水相体系是从根本上解决这些问题的关键.本文结合本课题组的研究工作,综述了近年来环境友好离子液体双水相体系的研究进展,主要内容包括阴离子功能化离子液体双水相、氨基酸离子液体双水相、离子液体-糖双水相、离子液体-聚合物双水相、二氧化碳诱导离子液体双水相体系的开发,及其在萃取/分离氨基酸、药物分子、蛋白质和生物酶等方面的应用.同时,对目前该领域的发展所面临的主要问题和进一步的研究工作提出了建议.
