微通道板的离子反馈对像增强器性能升级的影响分析及改进途径探究

Abstract:

通过引入像增强器噪声因子的概念,对几种典型的像增强器的有效量子效率进行了评比,分析了MCP工作状态下由倍增电子引发的离子反馈对像增强器的影响,说明了无论是砷化镓光阴极像增强器,还是多碱光阴极像增强器,要实现面向四代像增强器品质因数的性能升级,实现低离子反馈低噪声因子MCP都具有同等的必要性和重要性。而通过对MCP玻璃成份的优化改进,结合对MCP基体玻璃的晶化处理,达到对MCP基体的微结构改性,抑制产生离子反馈的有害物种在MCP通道内壁表面的形成,是实现低离子反馈MCP的有效技术途径。
