吡咯喹啉醌二钠对饲喂氧化鸭油肉仔鸡生长性能、血浆脂质代谢及抗氧化能力的影响

Abstract:

本试验旨在研究吡咯喹啉醌二钠(PQQ·Na2)对饲喂氧化鸭油(ODO)肉仔鸡生长性能、血浆脂质代谢和抗氧化能力的影响。选取270只健康、体重相近的1日龄爱拔益加肉仔鸡公雏,随机分成3个组,每个组6个重复,每个重复15只。3个组分别饲喂含有新鲜鸭油(FDO)、ODO和ODO+0.4mg/kgPQQ·Na2(ODO+PQQ)的饲粮,油脂添加水平1~21d为3.0%,22~42d为3.5%。结果表明:1)与FDO组相比,ODO显著降低了肉仔鸡21d的平均体重(P0.05)。与ODO组相比,ODO+PQQ组1~21d和22~42d的平均日增重、42d平均体重具有增加的趋势(P<0.10)。2)与FDO组相比,PQQ·Na2显著提高了肉仔鸡42d的全净膛率和21d的胸肌率(P<0.05)。3)与FDO和ODO组相比,PQQ·Na2显著降低了肉仔鸡42d血浆总胆红素和21d血浆葡萄糖含量(P<0.05)。4)PQQ·Na2显著抑制了ODO导致的21d血浆总超氧化物歧化酶活性和21和42d总抗氧化能力的降低(P<0.05),抑制ODO导致的21d血浆丙二醛含量升高(P<0.05)。5)PQQ·Na2显著抑制了ODO引起的21和42d血浆甘油三酯含量的升高和21d血浆高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量的降低(P<0.05)。可见,PQQ·Na2可通过调节血浆脂质代谢和提高机体的抗氧化能力,缓解ODO对肉仔鸡的不利影响。
