中国大陆体面劳动水平测度与空间分异探讨

Abstract:

基于国际体面劳动的目标，从就业、权利、社会保障、社会对话4个维度构建了体面劳动水平评价指标体系，利用改进的熵值法确定指标权重，测度2012年中国大陆省际尺度上体面劳动水平。借助SPSS系统聚类法将中国大陆31个省级行政区体面劳动水平划分为高水平、较高水平、中等水平、较低水平和低水平5个类型区域。研究结果表明，中国大陆体面劳动水平呈现出东北和东部地区水平高、西部地区水平低、中部地区水平居中的空间分异格局。利用一元线性回归分析，初步断定经济发展与体面劳动水平的空间分异存在较强的正相关关系。
