减少污染物排放成本的配煤优化模型

Abstract:
基于污染物的生成、排污罚款以及污染物控制设备等因素,针对某300mw机组及其常用煤种,采用支持向量机(svm)建立了燃煤锅炉污染物生成预测模型,利用机组实际运行数据对建立的模型进行训练和验证,进而结合燃煤煤价,采用遗传算法,以最低运行成本为目标,对配煤模式进行优化。结果表明,该模型预测精度较高,配煤优化后,氨耗成本、nox排放罚款、消耗石灰石费用、脱硫水耗等参数均有所降低,减少了脱硝和脱硫成本。
