劳动力外出务工对养殖技术效率的影响——基于6省(自治区)肉羊养殖户的实证分析

Abstract:

基于2017年6省(自治区)养殖户的微观调研数据,借助超越对数随机前沿生产函数模型,从劳动力质量、生产性投资和技术采用三方面深入探究了劳动力外出务工对养殖技术效率的影响及其作用机制。结果发现:高质量劳动力的大规模转移对养殖技术效率具有显著的负向作用;外出务工收入回流有助于促进养殖户的生产性投资,对养殖技术效率提升起到了积极作用,但是仍不足以弥补由于家庭劳动力质量不足对技术效率造成的负面影响;劳动力转移会制约先进养殖技术采用效果的有效发挥,进而不利于技术效率的改善。
