君与君不与:射礼竞赛国家治理的文化逻辑

Abstract:
摘要:射礼以其独特的竞赛文化形式承载了国家治理的政治使命与社会责任。从文化阐释的视角出发,运用文献资料法,以文化结构三层次理论方法解读和认识射礼竞赛国家治理的文化逻辑,旨在从竞赛发展的历史脉络中把握射礼在国家制度下存在的逻辑起点及其独特的人文内涵与智慧。研究认为:因“君与”,射礼从外显的“权贵圈与核心技术”、制度的“伦理化规则与等级化组织”、核心的“和谐理念与民族精神”三个层面构建了对权贵施行“在场”管理的竞赛文化,并在“君不与”后由地方乡绅承国家意志在射义儒家化、伦理仪式化、礼制符号化的“国家在场”话语中持续发挥社会治理作用,展现了以“君—权贵—乡绅—民众”为治理路径的寓“教”、寓“圣”、寓“德”于赛的中国智慧。
Abstract: Archery ceremony in its unique form of competition culture carries the political mission of national governance and social responsibility. From the perspective of cultural interpretation, used the method of literature review, based on the three hierarchical theory of culture structure to interpret and recognize the culture logic of national governance about archery ceremony competition, the study aimed at grasping the logical starting point of the archery ceremony under the state system and its unique humanistic connotation and wisdom from the historical context of the development of the competition. The research concluded that: Because of monarch participation, archery ceremony constructed the “presence” management of political elite of competition culture from three levels of explicit layer of “powerful elite circle and core technology system”, system layer of “ethic rules and hierarchical organization”, and core layer of “harmonious concept and nation spirit”; after monarch doesn't participate, the local gentry continually played the role of social governance in the discourse of the "state presence" in the discourse of the Confucianism, the ritualistic ethics and the symbolization of archery ceremony; and archery ceremony showed the Chinese wisdom of sustenance education to competition, sustenance saint to competition and sustenance moral to competition through the “monarch-dignitary-squire-people” governance path
