Bush Francis Catatonia Rating Scale (BFCRS) changes over ECT course. As shown, the patient’s BFCRS improved from 27 to 2 over 8？cycles of ECT. Mild improvement was noted over the first 4 treatments; however more significant improvement occurred between the 4th and 8th cycle
