Abstract:

急性阑尾炎是我国急诊常见的急腹症病因之一,具有发病急,进展快,病情多样的特点。阑尾炎在腹腔中的位置变化多样,且不同类型阑尾炎的表现也不尽相同,故仅依照临床症状及医师经验诊断为阑尾炎并不十分可靠。随着现代临床辅助诊断方法的不断进步,辅助检查对于急性阑尾炎临床诊断的越来越便捷,也越来越可靠,成为临床医生手术前的重要诊断依据。本文对急性阑尾炎临床常见辅助检查的研究进展进行综述。
Acute appendicitis is one of the common causes of acute abdomen in emergency department of our country. It has the characteristics of acute onset, rapid progress and various conditions. The location of appendicitis in the abdominal cavity varies, and the manifestations of different types of appendicitis are different, so it is not very reliable to diagnose appendicitis only according to clinical symptoms and experience of doctors. With the continuous progress of modern clinical auxiliary diagnosis methods, auxiliary examination is more and more convenient and reliable for the clinical diagnosis of acute appendicitis, and becomes an important diagnostic basis for clinicians before operation. This article reviews the research progress of common clinical auxiliary examination of acute appendicitis.
