Sun Protection Conscientiousness Of UniversityStudents (A Social Responsibility Project)

Abstract Introduction: Accurate sun protection is a behavior which should be accustomed instudentship period. One of the aims of the social responsibility projects (SRP) is ‘to provide solution to issues residing in society’. For this sake, ‘Protect ourselves accuratelyfrom side effects of sun’ SRP is made. Materials and Method: ‘Protect ourselves accurately from side effects of sun’ SRP,which is prepared by myself, is made in 2014 – 2015 Education and Instruction year.Data of the questionnaire are analyzed within the scope of the project. Results: It is interesting to point out that for the sake of sun protection it is not goneout on hours when sun exposure is high and sun protection products are used. On thecontrary, it is observed that wearing closed clothes, sun glasses, hat and umbrella usage is lower. Conclusion: In this article information is given about sun protection in universitystudents. Findings are discussed with literature data
