The Relationship Between Democratic Leadership Trend of Female Executives and Employee EngagementKeywords: Liderlik,demokratik liderlik,?al??an ba?l?l???,normatif ba?l?l?k,devam ba?l?l???,kad?n y?neticiler Abstract: The aim of this study to determine the direction of the relationship between female managers’ trend to democratic leadership and employee engagement. An application was made on individuals working with female executives about the subject. Quantitative research method was used in the study and data were obtained using the survey technique. Research universe was determined as individuals working with female executives in Düzce. The sample was determined as 146 employees. According to the results of the research; there is a significant and negative relationship between democratic leadership trend of female executives and continued commitment of employees. There is a significant and positive relationship between democratic leadership trend of female executives and normative commitment of employees
