Abstract:

Whether Cinema is an entertainment culture is problematic; with the formation of industrial society in free time and non-working time, the increase of the production process and the decrease of working hours with it. The need for leisure time has also increased the needs of people. In this study; The examples in the world of art and cinema phenomenon and the formation of a cinema in Turkey and will be carried out to examine the importance of movement. Today's people, particularly those living in big cities, are turning to various forms of entertainment in their leisure time outside of their working life. Entertainment in leisure and leisure can also be described as a moment of escape and break from within the system of the enclosed individual. The cinema, which people see as a means of entertainment in general, is indispensable for propagandists because it allows them to reach large masses of people at low cost. Propaganda do not ignore this interaction because the cinema itself creates interaction on the individual, the visual and auditory instruments can be used together, and the people have an extremely important influence on them. This function of Sineman has become even more popular during times of war. Almost all major states used cinema as a means of propaganda during the war. In this perspective, the period known as "Cinema de Vichy" of French cinema from 1940 to 1944, and the starting and developmental stages of German cinema with this movement were examined. Cinema is considered to be one of the most important mass media that act as a propaganda function. It is for this reason that German cinema, which laid the foundations of contemporary propaganda, was deemed appropriate for this work. In the study, the dominant framework framed by the examples of the public sphere is that the cinema halls are home to the classes and sections of the society. Therefore, a research has been conducted based on how cinema auditoriums that contribute to the art of cinema, cinema halls, cinematographs, how they provide the audience with mass media, and how today's cinematographic environments evolve and develop and innovate
