Kara Davud Pasha Mosque Guesthouse Foundation

The foundation, which received its source from the Qur'an and the circumcision, Since the Prophet, Muslims have become a service area where they compete with each other. Foundations living with values and emotions such as kindness, compassion, helping have seen important services in social life, social, economic, religious and scientific fields as a charity for centuries. Kara Davud Pasha of the Ottoman period statesmen established the foundation of the mosque and guest house as a foundation work in üsküdar. However, the mosque is still standing by its name, the guesthouse is not available today. In this study, the foundation, administration, immovable properties and income of Kara Davud Pasha Mosque Foundation are discussed using foundation text and archival documents
