当代青年群体婚恋观的现状、影响因素与干预策略研究
Research on the Current Situation, Influencing Factors and Intervention Strategies of Contemporary Youth Group’s View of Marriage and Love

随着中国社会高速地发展，我国生育率逐年降低，与之相关的是青年群体婚恋观和以往大不相同。通过研究当代青年群体婚恋观的现状、影响因素，据此提出干预策略。研究结果表明：当代青年群体婚恋观主要受社会环境因素、家庭因素、个人因素和政策因素等因素的影响，他们更加重视自身实力的提升和自我成长，有较强的独立性和自主性，追求爱情而不是追求婚姻，对结婚产生更多的质疑和思考。我们将从个人、家庭、学校、社会四个角度提出相关干预策略。在个人层面，重要的是促进自我意识和自我完善，并为青年人追求爱情和人际关系提供指导和支持。在家庭层面，必须加强父母与子女之间的沟通和了解，并创造一个支持和开放的家庭环境。在学校层面，应加强全面的性教育和关系教育，以帮助青年人培养对爱情和婚姻的健康态度。在社会一级，应调整政策和社会规范，以适应青年人对婚姻和关系态度的变化。最后，研究报告对当代青年人对婚姻和关系的态度提供了有价值的见解，并从多个角度提出了干预战略，以应对这一领域的挑战和变化。希望这些策略能够有效地发挥作用。
With the rapid development of Chinese society, the birth rate in our country has been decreasing year by year, and this is closely related to the changing attitudes towards marriage and relation-ships among the younger generation. This study aims to investigate the current status and in-fluencing factors of contemporary young people’s attitudes towards marriage and relationships, and to propose intervention strategies based on the findings. The research results show that the attitudes of contemporary young people towards marriage and relationships are mainly influ-enced by social environment, family, individual factors, and policy factors. They place more em-phasis on self-improvement and personal growth, demonstrating strong independence and au-tonomy. They pursue love rather than marriage, and have more doubts and reflections on the in-stitution of marriage. In response to these findings, intervention strategies are proposed from four perspectives: individual, family, school, and society. At the individual level, it is important to promote self-awareness and self-improvement, as well as to provide guidance and support for young people in their pursuit of love and relationships. At the family level, it is essential to enhance communication and understanding between parents and children, and to create a supportive and open family environment. In schools, comprehensive sex education and relationship education should be strengthened to help young people develop healthy attitudes towards love and marriage. At the societal level, policies and social norms should be adjusted to accommodate the changing attitudes of young people towards marriage and relationships. In conclusion, the study provides valuable insights into the contemporary attitudes of young people towards marriage and relationships, and proposes intervention strategies from multiple perspectives to address the challenges and changes in this area. It is hoped that these strategies will contribute to the healthy development of young people’s attitudes towards marriage and relationships in the context of a rapidly changing Chinese society.
