Abstract:

大学生职业生涯规划课程不仅是传递知识的渠道,更是培育立德树人的重要组成部分。本文探讨了“课程思政”理念下《大学生职业生涯规划》教学设计与应用,并展示思政典型案例进行推广。在教学内容方面,选取职业生涯决策进行剖析,坚持“知识传授与价值引领相结合”,引导学生厚植爱国情怀、立足现实,提高职业素养、树立工匠精神、将个人生涯选择与国家发展需求相结合。在教学过程中,课程坚持以教师为主导、学生为主体的教学原则,采用案例教学、任务驱动、讨论式、启发式等教学方式,培养学生的自学能力、观察能力和创造思维能力。最后,分析教学效果和反思改进思路,为相似教学设计提供经验。
Career planning courses for college students are not only a channel for transferring knowledge, but also an important part of cultivating moral character and cultivating people. This paper dis-cusses the teaching design and application of “College Students’ Career Planning” under the con-cept of “curriculum ideology and politics”, and shows typical cases of ideology and politics for promotion. In terms of teaching content, choose career decisions to analyze, adhere to the “com-bination of knowledge imparting and value guidance”, and learn how to take hold in the realistic society, enhance professional attainments, and cultivate the spirit of craftsmanship spirit, personal career choice and combine individual career choices with national development needs. In the teaching process, the curriculum adheres to the teaching principle of teacher-led and student- oriented, and adopts the following teaching methods: case-based teaching, task-driven, discussion and heuristic teaching methods to cultivate students’ self-study ability, observation ability and creative thinking ability. Finally, we analyze the teaching effect, reflect on the improvement ideas and provide similar teaching design experience.
