基于人体生化–内分泌变化初探八段锦对虚证体质的影响机制

Abstract:

目的:基于血液生化–内分泌指标的变化初步探究八段锦功法对虚证体质的健康促进作用,并从现代医学角度分析八段锦功法对人体健康的益处。方法:将符合纳入排除标准的60例慢性病患者,按照中医辨证标准分为阴虚和阳虚两组,其中阴虚组(n = 31),阳虚组(n = 29)。另设正常体检者作为对照组(n = 30)。其中两组虚证体质者进行八段锦功法训练,各组在八段锦功法正式开始前和结束后分别于相同时间段肘静脉采血,检测血浆去甲肾上腺素(Norepinephrine, NE),多巴胺(Dopamine, DA),5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine, 5-HT),甲状腺激素(T3, T4),卵泡刺激素(Follicle stimulating hormone, FSH),黄体生成素(Luteinizing hormone, LH),睾酮(testosterone,T,限男性)与雌二醇(estradiol,E2,限女性)的含量。结果:1) 生化指标对比:练功前阴虚组NE、DA水平高于正常对照组,而5-HT水平则低于正常组(P < 0.05);而阳虚组NE、DA则低于正常组(P < 0.05),5-HT高于正常组(P < 0.05)。练功后,虚证体质的两组各项指标均趋于正常水平,与正常对照组比较,差异具有显著性(P < 0.05);与练功前对比,差异具有明显显著性(P < 0.05)。2) 内分泌指标对比:练功前阴虚组内分泌指标FSH、LH、T均低于正常组,T3、T4练功前均高于正常组,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05);练功后,FSH、LH、T指标低于正常组,T3、T4高于正常组,但差异无显著性差异(P > 0.05);E2在练功前后变化不大,无显著性差异(P > 0.05)。阳虚组FSH、LH、T、T3、T4练功前均低于正常组,差异具有显著性意义(P < 0.05);练功后上述指标虽仍然低于正常组,但已无显著性差异(P > 0.05);E2在练功前后变化不大,无显著性差异(P > 0.05)。结论:八段锦作为一种简捷实用、经济有效的健身功法,对阴虚证及阳虚证患者NE、DA、5-HT的水平具有明显的稳态调节作用,同时,八段锦对阴、阳虚患者的FSH、LH与T,以及T3、T4等内分泌激素具有明显的促进其向平衡点回归的负反馈双相调控作用。
Objective: Based on the changes in blood biochemical endocrine indicators, this study preliminarily explores the health promoting effect of the Eight Section Brocade Technique on deficiency syn-drome constitution, and analyzes the benefits of the Eight Section Brocade Technique on human health from a modern medical perspective. Method: Sixty chronic disease patients who met the in-clusion and exclusion criteria were divided into two groups based on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation criteria: Yin deficiency group (n = 31) and Yang deficiency group (n = 29). Another normal physical examination group was set as the control group (n = 30). Two groups of in-dividuals with deficiency syndrome constitution underwent training in the Eight Section Brocade Technique. Blood samples were collected from the elbow vein of each group at the same time before and after the official start and end of the Eight Section Brocade Technique, and plasma levels of Norepinephrine (NE), dopamine (DA), 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), thyroid hormone (T3, T4), and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), testosterone (T, limited to males), and estradiol (E2, limited to females) were measured. Result: 1) Comparison of biochemical indicators: Before practicing, the NE and DA levels in the Yin deficiency group were higher than those in the normal control group, while the 5-HT levels were lower than those in the normal group (P < 0.05); In the Yang deficiency group, NE and DA were lower than those in the normal group (P < 0.05), and 5-HT was
