世界一流企业供应链目标下的供应链运营管理提升研究

Abstract:
本文针对供应链运营业务开展现状调研梳理，明确供应链精益运营实用化的重点要求，找到影响供应链运营管控实用化的因素，并提出对应的供应链运营优化提升策略，探索和研究全链协同提升，优化供应链精益运营体系，推进供应链流程贯通集成运营，驱动供应链数智化增效。
This paper investigates and summarizes the current situation of supply chain operation business, identifies key requirements for the practical application of supply chain lean operation, finds out factors affecting the practical application of supply chain operation management and control, and puts forward corresponding optimization and improvement strategies for supply chain operation, explores and studies the collaborative improvement of the whole chain, optimizes the lean operation system of the supply chain, promotes the integrated operation of the supply chain process, and drives the efficiency of supply chain digital intelligence.
