Abstract:

基于大数据与互联网技术发展对会计智能化推动的客观形势,围绕企业创新运营发展对财务管理转型的迫切需求,采用调查分析法、文献研究法和案例分析法等,介绍了信息化时代背景下企业财务转型的必要性,揭示了财务共享的目的及其适用范围,重点阐述了我国目前财务共享中心建设情况,并基于此深刻剖析了财务共享中心在我国发展的问题,并有针对性地提出了企业财务共享中心建设与发展的建议,提出集团企业应全面加强财务共享中心建设与改革,提升其应用效果,帮助和带动中小企业重视财务共享中线的联袂建设,全面实现企业财务转型和创新,促进企业经济健康有序发展。
Based on the objective situation of big data and Internet technology development promoting accounting intelligence, and around the urgent need of enterprise innovative operation development for financial management transformation, this paper introduces the necessity of enterprise financial transformation in the context of the information age, reveals the purpose and scope of financial sharing, and focuses on the construction of China’s current financial sharing center, Based on this, a profound analysis was conducted on the development issues of financial sharing centers in China, and targeted suggestions were put forward for the construction and development of enterprise financial sharing centers. It was suggested that group enterprises should comprehensively strengthen the construction and reform of financial sharing centers, improve their application effectiveness, help and guide small and medium-sized enterprises to attach importance to the joint construction of financial sharing centers, comprehensively achieve enterprise financial transformation and innovation, and promote the healthy and orderly development of enterprise economy.
