La discapacidad y sus significados: notas sobre la (in)justicia

we can find a lot of arguments around the topic of handicap that try to explain us this condition, but is important to think about them like social subjects, because the handicap is more than a condition that markedly restricts a person's ability to function physically or mentally. the handicap is a social construction with different meanings and it permits some changes in the way the different societies have been organized to face physical differences. in this paper, we have tried to recover some of the significations that the mexican society has attributed to this condition; it can help us to orientate our think about the relation between the handicap and the area of the justice.
